About One Life America

One Life America is an insurance IMO that works with a network of independent agents throughout the United States.

They are currently based in Meridian, Mississippi, and also have offices in Florida, Georgia, and Missouri.

One Life prides themselves on having Christian values and makes regular contributions to charitable organizations, both through donations and through volunteer work.

As an independent agent, it’s important to familiarize yourself with a company before you work with them.

Here’s what you need to know before working with One Life America.

What products does One Life America offer?

One Life America specializes in final expense insurance.

This is a form of life insurance that is intended to cover funeral expenses and other immediate end-of-life expenses.

It differs from other forms of life insurance in that it does not require a medical exam. Because of this, it is a good option for older customers or customers who have chronic health conditions that might otherwise prevent them from getting affordable life insurance.

While One Life specializes in final expense insurance, they also offer a number of additional financial products as part of their portfolio. These include other types of life insurance, health insurance products like Medicare Advantage, and annuities.

Annuities are a financial tool that consumers can use to build retirement savings.

One Life America Leads

One Life America is unique in that they do not charge for their final expense leads if you are in their career agent program.

They commit to providing exclusive final expense direct mail leads every week. Some of these leads are new, while others are recycled.

One Life states that their top agents receive around 60 new leads each week. This approach is very different from other insurance marketing companies, as you don’t need to make any personal investments to get started.

They also offer exclusive leads, which are typically easier to close than reworked leads.

One Life America Commissions

Although One Life America does offer free leads to career agents, their commissions are not as high as many other insurance groups on the market today.

While commissions can vary depending on your experience level and the amount of time spent with the company, they generally offer work under contract for 50 percent commission.

It’s important to note that many final expense marketing agencies offer commissions of 90 percent or higher if the agent invests in his own leads.

Before getting started with any new insurance marketing company, it is important to clarify every detail of the contract to ensure you are appropriately compensated for your time.

Is One Life America A Scam?

One Life America is not a scam or insurance MLM.

They are a reliable marketing agency that offers real opportunities for insurance agents. They provide real leads and also offer ongoing training.

This includes weekly insurance sales training calls as well as regular seminars.

One Life offers in-person training for new agents, and can help with the licensing process. They also provide incentives like yearly trips for agents who hit certain sales goals.

However, it’s important to be aware of some of the downsides of One Life America before contracting with them.

Their commissions as a direct career agent are very low when compared to other life insurance companies that sell similar products.

They often require agents to travel for work as well, which can be very limiting for some agents.

Keep in mind if you’re an independent agent associated with One Life and not a career-based agent, commission levels most likely will be higher, and you’ll be responsible for purchasing your own leads.
