How Leads Work

Kruzich’s Aion University provides agent training that focuses on acquiring free and paid lead generation. Through the Aion University program, agents can learn how to:

- Generate an unlimited amount of exclusive leads on demand.
-
- Build a team and get the exact blueprint that recruited almost 40 agents in two weeks.
-
- Receive the mentorship needed to scale their business.
Video reviews by students who completed the Aion University lead generation program are available here.

My Thoughts
Now that you know more about career selling with Aion Insurance, I’d like to offer my views as an insurance agency owner since 2013.
My opinion doesn’t specifically relate to Aion Insurance. It’s more of a general advice that you may find useful if you are planning to join any insurance agency.
Specialization Vs Generalization
As an insurance agent, you have the choice to either become an expert in a certain type of product (specialization) or sell many different types of insurance products (generalization).
There’s no doubt that you’ll have a far greater chance of succeeding in the insurance business if you specialize. Many six-figure producers in my agency focus on selling only one type of product. At my agency, we teach new agents to pick one product they will fully master. Our final expense agents are ready to get into Medicare Advantage sales after 6-12 months.
My advice is, think carefully before you jump into any opportunity that requires you to learn multiple products from different niches. In my experience, doing so can be too overwhelming and increases your odds of failure.
Conclusion
I hope you learned something new from this article on Aion Insurance. Now you’ll be able to decide for yourself whether this is a good insurance sales opportunity for you or not.
