Step 1: Select the following carriers on SuranceBay: Click here to access 

To get started, you will need to get contracts with the following carriers. Depending on which contracts you are able to obtain, you will be placed on one of our agent compensation grids.

• Mutual Of Omaha
• Trinity/Family Benefit
• AIG/Corebridge
• SBLI
• Aetna CVS
• Transamerica
• Guarantee Trust Life (GTL)
• National Life Group
• Athene
• EquiTrust

Are you moving your carriers from another agency to ours? MAKE SURE you request those carriers in SuranceBay IN ADDITION to the carriers above! Don’t forget! =)

How To Complete AML Training

Many carriers will also require you to complete Anti-Money Laundering Training. See the video directly above for guidance on how to do that.

Note: SuranceBay also has one available for free inside of your account once you’re in the AML section as well you can complete.

Getting Stuck Completing Your SuranceBay Account?

Stuck? Go ahead and email karra@360fgllc.com over your email and password you selected on SuranceBay.

We may end up having to log in to get you unstuck, and having your account credentials ahead of time will hasten the process.

Contracting Turnaround Time & Status Checking

NOTE: It takes 2 weeks to fully appoint you AFTER submitting the contracts on SuranceBay.

To get an update on carrier contracting status, please call each carrier 10 days AFTER you submit your appointment requests. 

Asking for contracting updates any earlier is not recommended as some carriers do not readily have access to your appointment requests and cannot accurate report the true status.

Errors And Omissions Insurance

IMPORTANT: When you purchase errors and omissions coverage, make SURE to make the effective date the same day you purchase the policy!

Please go to E&O For Less to purchase E&O insurance if you haven’t already.

Get the plan that is around $30 to $40 a month.

Do NOT Proceed To This Final Step UNTIL You Completed Phase 1 & 2 (If Licensed) Above!

Once you’ve completed Step 1, our Onboarding Team will follow up via email and grant you access to DIG University, our Skool group that houses all of our training, Slack communication access, and live training calendar.

Approval to DIG University takes 24 to 48 business hours, so be patient, please! =)
