Once you have completed ALL steps in Phase 1, continue the onboarding process starting with Phase 2.

You do NOT need your licenses approved to start contracting and getting training, just *purchased!*

When prompted, ONLY Choose Carriers Below To Start! (unless you are moving carriers over from another agency)

IMPORTANT: When you purchase errors and omissions coverage, make SURE to make the effective date the same day you purchase the policy!

NOTE FOR AGENTS MOVING CARRIERS ONLY: If you are moving ANY carriers over from another agency, MAKE SURE you request those carriers IN ADDITION to the carriers above! Don’t forget! =)

How To Complete AML Training

Many carriers will also require you to complete Anti-Money Laundering Training. See the video directly above for guidance on how to do that.

SuranceBay also has one available for free inside of your account once you’re in the AML section as well you can complete.

Getting Stuck Completing Your SuranceBay Account?

If stuck, go ahead and email karra@360fgllc.com over your email and password you selected on SuranceBay.

We may end up having to log in to get you unstuck, and having your account credentials ahead of time will hasten the process.

Contracting Turnaround Time & Status Checking

NOTE: It takes 2 weeks to fully appoint you AFTER submitting the contracts on SuranceBay.

To get an update on carrier contracting status, please call each carrier 10 days AFTER you submit your appointment requests. 

Asking for contracting updates any earlier is not recommended as some carriers do not readily have access to your appointment requests and cannot accurate report the true status.

Errors And Omissions Insurance

Please go to E&O For Less to purchase E&O insurance if you haven’t already.

Get the plan that is around $30 to $40 a month.

IMPORTANT: When you purchase errors and omissions coverage, make SURE to make the effective date the same day you purchase the policy!

Do NOT Proceed To This Final Step UNTIL You Completed Phase 1 & 2 Above!

Once you’ve completed all the steps, please check your email, spam folder, and text messages for your access to DIG Sales Training University.

Inside DIG University, go to the Start Here module and find the Slack link in the description box.

It’s extremely important that you join Slack once you’re inside DIG University—our entire company operates through Slack.

Charmaine will review your registration and contracting to confirm you have finished all the steps required to gain access to our training site. It usually takes 12 hours or less to authorize your access, so please be patient =).

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have not finished all the required steps, your entry into the training site will be delayed!
